Physical Information for the 2024-2025 School Year

All students wishing to participate in Rockwall ISD Athletics in the 2024-2025 school year must have a current physical on file with our Athletic Trainers and complete all the online forms below prior to participating in any athletic activity.  A current physical means that the physical must have been done after March 4, 2024.  If you have questions regarding physicals, please feel free to e-mail our Head Athletic trainers at Rockwall High School or Rockwall-Heath High School.  For middle school physical questions, If you live north of I-30 e-mail Cary Tyson.  If you live south of I-30, e-mail Cady Hinderliter.
