The 2024 Rockwall Local Scholarship
Please see the steps below to apply for qualifying scholarships from businesses, organizations, and individuals in our community. Last year, seniors from Rockwall ISD earned nearly $350,000 in local scholarship money.
Please use the following steps to apply for a local scholarship:
- Navigate to rockwallisd.com/localscholarships to view scholarship information.
- Students must use their Rockwall ISD Google account to access the scholarship applications.
- Applications must be submitted online by Sunday, March 17, 2024 - late submissions will not be considered.
- Many local organizations and businesses offer scholarship options to Rockwall ISD graduating seniors. To help you apply, you can use a "Local Scholarship Application" for most of the applications.
- Click here to download the fillable PDF of the Rockwall ISD Local Scholarship Application and fill it out.
- Save the PDF to your computer file or desktop.
- Click the corresponding campus button on the webpage to access the scholarships offered for your campus.
- Review the requirements for each scholarship you want to apply for. Several scholarships will require you to upload additional qualifying documents or essays.
- Apply and upload your completed application and any required qualifying documents to each of the scholarships for which you would like to apply.
- Applications must be submitted online by Sunday, March 17, 2024 - late submissions will not be considered.
The Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Scholarships
Greetings! On behalf of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Kappa Zeta Chapter, Dallas, Texas in conjunction with the Stork’s Nest Charity Fund of Dallas, we are excited to announce that our 2023-2024 scholarship window is now open! These scholarship opportunities are open to students who meet eligibility requirements based on each scholarship.

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund
HSF empowers families with the knowledge and resources to successfully complete a higher education, while providing scholarships and support services to as many exceptional students as possible.
Founded in 1975, HSF has awarded over $730 million in scholarships. HSF Scholars have access to valuable Scholar Support Services and, as funding permits, scholarships ranging from $500 to $5,000.

The Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship
The Coca-Cola Scholars Program scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to students in their final year of high school. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. With the 35th class in 2023, the Foundation has provided over 6,750 Coca-Cola Scholars with more than $81 million in educational support. 150 Coca-Cola Scholars are selected each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship. The 2024 application is now open here for students who will graduate during the 2023-2024 academic year. The deadline to apply is Monday, October 2, 2023, by 5 pm Eastern.
Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) scholarship
Are you interested in the Navy Reserve? If so, there's a scholarship up to $200,000 for which you may qualify! Yearly, throughout the United States, over 1,300 highly qualified young scholars apply and over 650 receive the scholarship. Please contact Kara Everhart for more details!

We encourage you to check the website of specific universities to which you are applying! They contain a wealth of information, such as scholarships provided by the university based on GPA & test scores, holistic scholarships, essay-based scholarships, and scholarships within specific majors. Most scholarships awarded to RHS students are found through these university resources

Attention Seniors: We were recognized as a Distinguished HS for SFASU! All Application Fees are waived, Top 30% Automatically Admitted, Top 10% receive $5000 scholarship each year, and Top 11-25% receive $3000 each year. Flyer for more info!
