Stan grew up in West Texas and graduated from Permian High School, home of the infamous “Friday Night Lights”. In 2000, he moved to the Metroplex to attend Dallas Baptist University. While a student at DBU, he met his wife, Lauren, and they married in 2004. Stan served various churches and ministries throughout Texas from 1999-2020 as a Student Minister, Discipleship Pastor and Lead Pastor. He has also spent time in healthcare sales and marketing and is a licensed Texas Real Estate agent. Stan is Director of Real Estate for a local development firm.

Stan and his family are residents of Heath. In his free time, Stan is involved with Rockwall-Heath athletics as the “Voice of the Heath Hawks”. The Britton family is active at Crosspoint Church, Rockwall. Lauren and Stan are involved in foster care and adoption advocacy, assisting families of children with special needs, and chasing their 5 children to different practices, games and other activities.
