8th Grade Boys Soccer Team Wins District!
Last night the 8th grade boys soccer team accomplished something that no other middle school soccer team can even surpass. After last night’s amazing come-from-behind 2-1 win over Royse City, these boys not only are the back-to-back district champions but, more importantly, they’ve completed their middle school soccer career having never lost nor tied a single game. While they know they haven’t always been perfect, they’ve achieved a level of excellence many never get a chance to experience. So, if you have any of these kids in class, or if you just pass them in the hall, give them a high five and congratulate them. Individually, they may or may not be your favorite kids, but when you put them together working as a team, they’re pretty awesome.
