Jones Elementary has decided to spread kindness this year in a school-wide effort to spread good vibes! The teachers and students are decorating kindness rocks that reflect them, personally, and include an uplifting message.
The Kindness Rock Project is a nationwide movement where people of all ages collect and decorate rocks with bright colors and inspirational sayings. The administrators of Jones, along with Ms. Mosby (the art teacher) believe that the right message at the right time can change someone’s whole day. By creating a kindness rock garden, Jones is making a place where students can express themselves through beautiful art and find a little something to lift their spirits on a rough day.
