We are so excited that you're here! For this 2023-2024 school year, we will be covering these core objectives below: 

Athletes at Cain Middle School are held to high standards, they are students first, athletes second. We are focused on the student as a whole; character, attitude, work ethic, leadership responsibilities, etc. Athletics is intended for those wishing to compete in sports or improve their overall physical composition.  The main focus is on sports oriented training and being pushed to better yourself, on the field/court and off. The ultimate goal should be to participate and learn a variety of sports.
